What we collect
When you submit a booking or part request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your city and postal code, vehicle details, the service or part you want, any notes you add, and any photographs you attach.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry: to quote the work, confirm what is available, arrange an appointment or delivery, and contact you about that request. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it goes
Submissions are sent to the Norvek business mailbox at info@norvek.ca over a secure connection and are seen only by people at Norvek who need them to handle your request. The website does not publish, index, or make enquiry data searchable, and form contents are not written to server logs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and to meet ordinary business or legal record-keeping requirements, then delete them.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated third parties. Where a request needs a supplier or a contractor to fulfil it, only the details necessary for that job are passed on.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say what is collected before it goes live.
Your choices
